Summerhill Farmhouse:

  • It is possible to drive to, and park outside of the front door of the Farmhouse. There is parking space for two cars.
  • The drive, parking area and walkways around the property are graveled in fine stone.
  • There is a small doorstep up to the entrance porch from the front door and a further door into the lounge/dining room.
  • There is a small step into the games room (Sony Playstation room) adjoining the living room.
  • There is a small step at the back door entrance of the property
  • The three bedrooms and main bathroom are upstairs, with access gained via a flight of stairs (10 steps) with a split staircase at the top (two additional step to single room and bathroom) (three steps in opposite direction to double and twin bedrooms).
  • Non- feather pillows and duvets with cotton covers and sheets.
  • Remote controls to TVs, DVD, Freeview and music system.
  • The Hot Tub area is accessed via three steps. Access into the Hot Tub itself is gained via two wooden steps. There is an unprotected drop of approximately one meter to one side of the Hot Tub. Care should be taken when using the Hot Tub as the area can become slippery.

Summerhill Cottage:

  • It is possible to drive to, and park outside of the front door of the Cottage. There is parking space for one car.
  • The drive, parking area and walkways around the property are graveled in fine stone.
  • There is a small doorstep up to the front door and the door sill into the entrance porch. There is a further door from the porch into the kitchen.
  • There is a small step up to the French doors of the property.
  • The bedroom and ensuite bathroom are upstairs, with access gained via a flight of stairs (12 steps).
  • Non- feather pillows and duvet with cotton covers and sheets.
  • Remote controls for TV, DVD and Freeview and music system.
  • The Hot Tub area is accessed via one step and a shallow inclining grassed area. Access into the Hot Tub itself is gained via two wooden steps. Care should be taken as the area can become slippery.

Primrose Cottage:

  • It is possible to drive to, and park outside of the front door of the Cottage. There is parking space for one car.
  • The drive, parking area and walkways around the property are graveled in fine stone.
  • There are three slate steps up to the entrance door and a further door sill into the living room.
  • There are two steps down into the kitchen from the living room.
  • The bedroom is on the same level as the living room, but there are two steps from the bedroom down into the ensuite bathroom. There is a further small step into the shower.
  • Non- feather pillows and duvet with cotton covers and sheets.
  • Remote controls for TV, DVD and Freeview and music system.
  • Access into the Hot Tub itself is gained via two wooden steps. Care should be taken as the area can become slippery.

Harbour Hideaway:

  • It is possible to drive to and unload luggage outside the entrance to the building housing the Harbour Hideaway apartment. There is restricted access by car to the property (5 p.m. to 11 a.m.) during the peak summer holiday period.
  • It may not always be possible to park on the road outside of the building. There is however a public pay and display car park approximately 500 yards away.
  • There are two doors into main building.
  • The apartment is situated on the third floor of the building. There is a wide turning stairwell from the ground floor to the apartment entrance. There are a total of 48 steps from the ground floor to the apartment door.
  • There is a lift from the ground floor to a level slightly lower than the floor level of the flat. From this lift there are a further five steps to the apartment entrance.
  • There are two doors to the main apartment hallway. From here all rooms are on the same level.
  • There is a wide step from the living room area through the French doors onto the balcony.
  • Non- feather pillows and duvet with cotton covers and sheets.
  • Remote controls for TV, DVD and music system.
